Meet Our Experienced and Personable Staff

Meet Lisa Littke: 
Lisa Littke, M.A., BCBA--Owner.  Agency Director and Behavior Analyst---Lisa received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, with a Concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis, as well as a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, from the University of South Florida in 2002.  Lisa has worked in the field of Intellectual Disabilities and Autism, since 1999.  She was Board Certified in 2003 and has owned and managed Littke & Associates, since 2005.  Lisa was a Research Associate at the University of South Florida, at the Division of Applied Research and Educational Support.  She also had experience as the Behavior Services Manager of a 48-bed ICF, as well as working at the Child Development Center at St. Joseph's Hospital.  Lisa also serves as a BCBA and sees clients in Pinellas County.  She has also been faculty for the University of West Florida as a Practicum Supervisor for their ABA graduate program.  She currently provides BACB Field Supervision to students and BCaBA Supervision.
Meet Our Associates:
Jessica Valladares, M.A., BCBA--Senior Behavior Analyst.  Jessica received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Florida State University and her Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, at the University of South Florida.  Jessica has worked in the field of Intellectual Disabilities and Autism since 2003. She was Board Certified in 2004. Jessica has a background in working in the school system.  She provides high-quality ABA Therapy to children and adults in group homes and family homes, as well in Adult Day Training programs. Jessica has been a part of the Littke & Associates' team since 2006.  She provides Level 1 Oversight and Behavior Assistant Supervision.  Jessica works the Hillsborough County area. She served as a member of the Hillsborough LRC Committee for several years and is currently the Littke & Associates' Agency LRC Reviewer for the Hillsborough LRC. 


 
Dee Hinote, M.S., BCBA--Senior Behavior Analyst.  Dee received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, from the University of West Florida, and her Master's Degree in Psychology with the Specialty in Applied Behavior Analysis, from Florida State University.  Dee has worked in the field of Intellectual Disabilities and Autism, since 2005.  She has been Board Certified since 2007.  Dee has also been a member of the Littke & Associates' team since 2007.  Dee provides high-quality ABA Therapy to her clients.  She sees her clients at their group homes, family homes, and Adult Day Training programs.  She provides Level 1 Oversight and Behavior Assistant Supervision. She has experience with providing Verbal Behavior Training (ABLLS-R program) to young children with Autism.  Dee works the North Pinellas County, Hillsborough County, and Southeast Pasco County areas. She was a member of the Hillsborough LRC Committee for a couple of years and is currently a Littke & Associates' Agency LRC Reviewer for the Pinellas/Pasco LRC.  
 

Jeff Davis, M.A., BCBA.
 --Jeff received his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in 1996 and his Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology in 2000, from Trevecca Nazarene University.  In 2009, he completed the Professional
Development Program in Applied Behavior Analysis through the Florida Institute of Technology and obtained certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Jeff has been working with adults and children with Intellectual Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health Issues, Legal Adjudications, and Special Education needs, since 2001.  Jeff has worked in settings such as, an inpatient assessment/treatment program, ICF developmental facilities, schools, and in independent practice. He provides high-quality ABA Therapy to clients in their homes, Adult Day Training programs, and in the community.  Jeff has also been a Professional Crisis Management Association Certified Instructor since 2006, and he has served on the executive committee of the Tennessee Association for Behavior Analysis Jeff  provides Level 1 Oversight and Behavior Assistant Oversight. He is also
 a Littke & Associates' Agency LRC Reviewer for the Pinellas/Pasco LRC.  
Jeff became a part of the Littke & Associates team in 2011 and works the Pinellas County area. 


Danah Collier, M.A., BCBA - Danah received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Florida in 2008 and her Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida in 2014.  In 2012, she completed the Professional Development Program in Applied Behavior Analysis through the Florida Institute of Technology and obtained certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst.  She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2014. She has provided high quality ABA Therapy to children and adults with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities in their homes, Adult Day Training programs,  private school, community, and clinical settings.  Danah also has a background in working as a Certified Senior Case Manager in the child welfare system. She has made professional presentations at the University of South Florida and at the Florida Association for Behavior Analysis Conference.  Danah serves on the Pinellas and Pasco County Local Review Committee (LRC).  Danah joined the Littke & Associates team in 2014 and works the Pinellas County area.



Stacey Frasure, M.A., BCBA - Stacey received her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida in 2003 and her Master's Degree in Exceptional Student Education, on the Applied Behavior Analysis track, from the University of West Florida in 2015. She also became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2015.  Currently, Stacey is a Behavior Specialist with the Sarasota County School District at an Elementary School in North Port and she became a BCBA with Littke & Associates in December 2015.  Stacey is a certified teacher and has served as both a teacher and Exceptional Student Education Liaison in the past. Stacey has worked with students of various ages and behavioral disorders, including some with special needs, since 2003.  Stacey joined the Littke & Associates team in 2014 as a student receiving her BACB Field Experience under Lisa Littke, BCBA and as an ABA Assistant.  She works the south Sarasota County to north Charlotte County (Venice to North Port to Port Charlotte) area.


Maranda Fountain, M.S., BCBA - Maranda received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in 2007 and Master's Degree in Psychology in 2009, from Florida State University.  In 2009, she became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.  Maranda has worked in the field of Autism and Intellectual Disabilities since 2007. She has experience in working with children and adults, in their homes, schools, ICF's and the community, where she provides high quality ABA Therapy.  Maranda has experience with the ABLLS-R program with children. In addition, she was a committee member of the Hillsborough Local Review Committee (LRC) from 2012 until 2014.  She has also made professional presentations at ABA conferences and has been published in ABA journals.  Maranda joined the Littke & Associates team in 2014 and works the Hillsborough County area.



Tisha Conaway, B.A., BCaBA - Tisha received a Bachelor's Degree in Specific Learning Disabilities and a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education in 1994, from Flagler College.  Tisha has worked in the field of Special Education, Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, and Behavior Disorders since 1995.  In 2007, she became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst and began to utilize her Applied Behavior Analysis skills in school settings and in family homes, group homes, and Adult Day Training programs. She has experience with children and adults.  Tisha joined the Littke & Associates team in 2013.  She provides high quality ABA Therapy in the Manatee and Sarasota County areas.  She is also the Manatee County School District's Area Behavior Analyst.  




Kyla Walker, M.S., BCBA-Senior Behavior Analyst.  Kyla received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Florida State University, on the Performance Management Track.  Kyla also received her Master's Degree in Psychology with the Specialty in Applied Behavior Analysis, from Florida State University.  Kyla has worked in the field of Intellectual Disabilities and Autism, since 2000.  She was Board Certified in 2003.  Kyla also has experience with the school system, psychiatric inpatient facilities, and ICF's.  She too provides high quality ABA Therapy to children and adults in group homes, family homes, and their Adult Day Training programs.  Kyla also specifically collaborates with an Elementary School in Sarasota County and provides ABA Therapy to students there. She has been a member of the Littke & Associates' team, since 2006.  Kyla works the Manatee and Sarasota County areas.  She is a member of the Sarasota/Manatee LRC Committee.
 
 
Gretchen Mathews, M.A., BCBA.  Gretchen received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Florida State University and her Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida.  Gretchen has worked in the field of Intellectual Disabilities and Autism, since 2005.  She has been Board Certified, since 2009.  Gretchen brings a background of working with foster care children and teens and conducting parent training.  She provides high-quality ABA Therapy to children, teens, and adults in their homes, day programs, private schools or after-school programs, and the community. Gretchen started out as a Medwaiver Behavior Assistant with Littke & Associates, from 2006-2008.  In 2009, she became a member of the Littke & Associates' team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.  Gretchen provides Behavior Assistant Oversight and serves as Lead Analyst on behavior teams with specific clients.  Gretchen works the Pinellas County area.


  

Tate McGhee, M.S., BCBA.-- Tate received his Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts in 1996 from Carnegie-Mellon University and his Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2004 from the Florida Institute of Technology.  Tate has been working with adults and children with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism since 1997.  Tate has worked in settings such as: early intervention clinics, day programs, forensic and psychiatric settings, ICF developmental facilities, schools, and in private ABA practice. He provides high-quality ABA Therapy to clients in their homes and in the community. Tate has experience providing Verbal Behavior Assessments and Treatment (VBMAPP and ABLLS-R programs) to young children with Autism.   He has been a Suncoast Region Behavior Assistant Certified Instructor since 2006, and served two terms on the Local Review Committee for Pinellas County from 2005-2009. Tate has presented at the Florida Association for Behavior Analysis (FABA) Conference and is a Co-Instructor for the Florida Tech Professional Development Program.  He became a part of the Littke & Associates team in 2012 and works the Pinellas County area. 





Satori Kearney, M.A., BCBA

- Satori received her Bachlor's Degree in Psychology in 2006, from the University of South Florida and her Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University, in December 2016.  In 2011, she completed the Professional Development Program in Applied Behavior Analysis through the Florida Institute of Technology and obtained certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in 2012.  In February 2017, she became a BCBA. She has experience with providing high quality ABA Therapy to children and adults with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism. Satori has worked specifically in client's homes, Adult Day Training programs, summer camp, and other community settings.  She also collaborates with teachers in private schools. In addition, she brings a unique background of working in child welfare. She spent 5 years as a Certified Welfare Case Manager and Senior Case Manager.  Satori joined the Littke & Associates team in 2014 and works the Pinellas County area.




Jeremy Hinote, M.A., BCBA - Jeremy received his Bachelor's Degree in Education and Psychology from the University of West Florida in 2006 and his Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2015. He is a certified teacher with the Hillsborough County School District. Jeremy has worked with students of various ages and behavioral disorders, including some with special needs, since 2006. Jeremy joined the Littke & Associates team in 2014 as a student receiving his BACB Field Experience under Lisa Littke, BCBA. Jeremy became a BCBA in Summer 2016 and works the North Pinellas County and Southwest Pasco County areas.






Karis King, B.A., BCaBAKaris received her Bachelor's Degree in English/Professional and Technical Writing from the University of South Florida in 2004.  In May 2012, she completed the Professional Development Program in Applied Behavior Analysis through the Florida Institute of Technology and obtained certification as a Board Certified  Assistant Behavior Analyst.  Karis has worked in the field of Intellectual Disabilities and Autism, since 2009.  She has specific experience in working with clients in Adult Day Training, job-training with individuals with Developmental Disabilities and Autism, and serving as a Liaison and Trainer amongst clients' circle of supports and ensuring goals are met.  Karis joined the Littke & Associates team in 2013 and works the Pinellas County area.
