Lisa Littke, M.A., BCBA--President. Agency Director and Behavior Analyst---Lisa received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, with a Concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis, as well as a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, from the University of South Florida. Lisa has worked in the field of Developmental Disabilities and Autism, since 1999. She was Board Certified in 2003 and has owned and managed Littke & Associates, since 2005. Lisa was a Research Associate at the University of South Florida, at the Division of Applied Research and Educational Support. She also had experience as the Behavior Supervisor of a 48-bed ICF, as well as working at the Child Development Center at St. Joseph's Hospital. Lisa also serves as a BCBA and sees clients in Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties. She has also been faculty for the Univeristy of West Florida as a Practicum Supervisor for their ABA graduate program.
Jessica Valladares, M.A., BCBA--Senior Behavior Analyst. Jessica received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Florida State University and her Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, at the University of South Florida. Jessica has worked in the field of Developmental Disabilities and Autism since 2003. She was Board Certified in 2004. Jessica has a background in working in the school system. She provides high-quality ABA Therapy to adults and children in group homes and family homes, as well in Adult Day Training programs. Jessica has been a part of the Littke & Associates' team since 2006. She provides Practicum Oversight and Behavior Assistant Supervision. Jessica works the Hillsborough County area. She is a member of the Hillsborough LRC Committee and is the Littke & Associates' Agency LRC Reviewer for the Hillsborough LRC.
Dee Hinote, M.S., BCBA--Senior Behavior Analyst. Dee received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, from the University of West Florida, and her Master's Degree in Psychology with the Specialty in Applied Behavior Analysis, from Florida State University. Dee has worked in the field of Developmental Disabilities and Autism, since 2005. She has been Board Certified since 2007. Dee has also been a member of the Littke & Associates' team since 2007. Dee provides high-quality ABA Therapy to her clients. She sees her clients at their group homes, family homes, and Adult Day Training programs. She provides Level 1 Oversight and Behavior Assistant Supervision. She has experience with providing Verbal Behavior Training (ABLLS-R program) to young children with Autism. Dee works the North Pinellas County and South Pasco County areas. She is a member of the Hillsborough LRC Committee and is the Littke & Associates' Agency LRC Reviewer for the Pinellas/Pasco LRC.
Lisa Curtin, B.A., BCaBA. Lisa received her Bachelor's Degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies, with a Concentration in Recreation Therapy and a Minor in Psychology, from East Carolina University in 2001. She then obtained her Behavior Analysis Certificate from the Florida Institute of Technology and became Board Certified in 2005. Lisa has worked in the field of Developmental Disabilities and Autism, since 1998. She has a background in Adult Day Training and working with clients in supported living and providing high-quality ABA Therapy to clients in their home and the community. At one point, Lisa was heavily involved with the North Carolina Special Olympics, at both the county and state levels. Lisa has been a member of the Littke & Associates' team, since 2005. She works the Pinellas County area.
Jeff Davis, M.A., BCBA. Jeff received his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in 1996 and his Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology in 2000, from Trevecca Nazarene University. In 2009, he completed the Professional
Development Program in Applied Behavior Analysis through the Florida Institute of Technology and obtained certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Jeff has been working with adults and children with Developmental Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health Issues, Legal Adjudications, and Special Education needs, since 2001. Jeff has worked in settings such as, an inpatient assessment/treatment program, ICF developmental facilities, schools, and in independent practice. He provides high-quality ABA Therapy to clients in their homes, Adult Day Training programs, and in the community. Jeff has also been a Professional Crisis Management Association Certified Instructor since 2006, and he has served on the executive committee of the Tennessee Association for Behavior Analysis. Jeff provides Level 1 Oversight and Behavior Assistant Oversight. Jeff became a part of the Littke & Associates team in 2011 and works the Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Manatee County areas.
Karis King, B.A., BCaBA - Karis received her Bachelor's Degree in English/Professional and Technical Writing from the University of South Florida in 2004. In May 2012, she completed the Professional Development Program in Applied Behavior Analysis through the Florida Institute of Technology and obtained certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst. Karis has worked in the field of Developmental Disabilities and Autism, since 2009. She has specific experience in working with clients in Adult Day Training, job-training with individuals with Developmental Disabilities and Autism, and serving as a Liaison and Trainer amongst clients' circle of supports and ensuring goals are met. Karis joined the Littke & Associates team in 2013 and works the Pinellas County area. |
Rob Littke, M.B.A.--Vice President. Director of Marketing and Research and Development. Rob received his Bachelor's Degree from Eckerd College in Management and his Master's Degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. Rob has been with Littke & Associates, since its inception in 2005. Rob has helped shape the growth and development of Littke & Associates. He has over 20 years experience in marketing. In addition to being Vice President of Littke & Associates, Rob is also a Commercial Real Estate Advisor and Broker for his company Parlay Properties Group.
Kyla Walker, M.S., BCBA-Senior Behavior Analyst. Kyla received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Florida State University, on the Performance Management Track. Kyla also received her Master's Degree in Psychology with the Specialty in Applied Behavior Analysis, from Florida State University. Kyla has worked in the field of Developmental Disabilities and Autism, since 2000. She was Board Certified in 2003. Kyla also has experience with the school system, psychiatric inpatient facilities, and ICF's. She too provides high quality ABA Therapy to adults and children in group homes, family homes, and their Adult Day Training programs. Kyla also specifically collaborates with an Elementary School in Sarasota County and provides ABA Therapy to students there. She has been a member of the Littke & Associates' team, since 2006. Kyla works the Manatee and Sarasota County areas. She is a member of the Sarasota/Manatee LRC Committee.
Gretchen Mathews, M.A., BCBA. Gretchen received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Florida State University and her Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida. Gretchen has worked in the field of Developmental Disabilities and Autism, since 2005. She has been Board Certified, since 2009. Gretchen brings a background of working with foster care children and conducting parent training. She provides high-quality ABA Therapy to clients in their homes, Adult Day Training programs, and the community. Gretchen started out as a Medwaiver Behavior Assistant with Littke & Associates, from 2006-2008. In 2009, she became a member of the Littke & Associates' team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Gretchen provides Behavior Assistant Oversight and Practicum Oversight. Gretchen works the Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco County areas.
Leigh Anne Gleaton, M.A., BCBA. Leigh Anne received her Bachelor's Degree in Specific Learning Disabilities, from the University of South Florida in 2001 and her Master's Degree in Special Education with a Concentration in Behavior Disorders, from the University of South Florida in 2012. Leigh Anne has worked in the field of Developmental Disabilities and Autism, since 2000. She has been a Behavior Analyst since 2007. Leigh Anne has experience working with the school system and currently collaborates with private schools and provides high-quality ABA Therapy to students in private schools and their family homes. She also has experience with providing Verbal Behavior Training (VB-MAPP and ABLLS-R programs). She has been a member of the Littke & Associates' team, since 2007. Tate McGhee, M.S., BCBA. Tate received his Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts in 1996 from Carnegie-Mellon University and his Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2004 from the Florida Institute of Technology. Tate has been working with adults and children with Developmental Disabilities and Autism since 1997. Tate has worked in settings such as: early intervention clinics, day programs, forensic and psychiatric settings, ICF developmental facilities, schools, and in private ABA practice. He provides high-quality ABA Therapy to clients in their homes and in the community. Tate has experience providing Verbal Behavior Assessments and Treatment (VBMAPP and ABLLS-R programs) to young children with Autism. He has been a Suncoast Region Behavior Assistant Certified Instructor since 2006, and has served two terms on the Local Review Committee (LRC) for Pinellas County from 2005-2009. Tate has presented at the Florida Association for Behavior Analysis (FABA) Conference and is a Co-Instructor for the Florida Tech Professional Development Program, assisting students towards Board Certification. Tate provides Level 1 Behavior Focus Group Home Oversight, Practicum Oversight, and Behavior Assistant Supervision. Tate became a part of the Littke & Associates team in 2012 and works the Pinellas County area.
Audrey Nadicksbernd, M.A., BCBA - Audrey received her Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary
Social Sciences from the University of West Florida in 2004, with a primary
Concentration in Psychology and a secondary Concentration in Criminal Justice. Audrey
received her Master's Degree in Exceptional Student Education with a Concentration
in Applied Behavior Analysis, from the University of West Florida in 2012.
Audrey has worked in the field of Developmental Disabilities and Autism since
2011. She earned her board certification as a Behavior Analyst in 2013. Audrey has
experience in working with individuals with Autism and Developmental Disabilities in private schools, family homes, Adult Day Training programs, supported living, and in the community. She also has specific experience in working with children with Autism. She provides high quality ABA Therapy that consists of Verbal Behavior Training (VB-MAPP program), as well as specializing in teaching community safety skills through the use of Social Stories and Self-Management training. Audrey started out as
an intern with the Littke & Associates Inc. in 2011. In 2013, she became a member of the Littke & Associates' team as a
Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She works the Pinellas County area.
